Gained a Lasting Friendship
“We truly feel like we are the most blessed people on earth when we spend time in our new mountain home. It is everything we wanted and more. Yes more! We had a set of plans for our new dream home but as people who know nothing about building there were things that we hadn’t thought of. Fortunately Brad Powell thinks of everything.
We were up front with our fears of building our second home in Nebo while living 3 and ½ miles away in Raleigh. Brad assured us that there would be no surprises and that he would keep close contact with us through phone calls and emails. He showed us other log homes that he had built in the area and we could see the quality and the craftsmanship that went into each of his homes. We chose him because we felt that, “what he said was what we would get!”
We know we can’t say enough about how the home turned out but what we really realized is that we can’t say enough about Brad and his crew. They are the most genuine and hardworking people you will meet in this field. They are not only out to please you and make sure that you satisfied but truly happy. This is absolutely the house of our dreams, a house that is no longer part of our imaginations but one which we actually own and get to enjoy with our family. Brad kept every promise he made to us, he kept us updated weekly and he could be reached quickly or would respond within the same day of receiving our messages. Every question we had was answered in a way that a “non builder” could understand. He even sent pictures through email of the progress that was being made (which we now have in a scrapbook). We felt like we were right there, every step of the way as the house was being built.
Now that the house is completed my wife and I look back and think, not only did we get the home of our dreams but we also gained a lasting friendship. Brad will always be considered part of the family and will come with the highest recommendations because his expertise and the house were truly worth every penny!
