From the start they took their time with us designing the right house for our lot. The reason we picked The Powell Group was from the many testimonials we received from the neighbors in Grand View Peaks as well as seeing the quality that they have created throughout Grand View Peaks. I truly can say that The Powell Group went above, and beyond our expectations. I was a bit worried building a cabin from such a long distance (we live in Orlando, Florida), but it proved to be a non- issue. In fact between Brad, Justin, and Robert they made us feel like we were right there all the time. The workmanship you cannot find from any other builder. We have built several homes, and none have even come close to the quality we have in our cabin. Also, wanted to note that their customer service is beyond great! Even if I had a question about invoicing Lisa, and her team were there for us. It is very hard these days to find a dedicated company, but The Powell Group’s entire team cares, and does the right thing for their customers.
